RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Right of Return

You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. This period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the product.

Return Conditions

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we only accept returns of products that are:

  • Unopened and unused
  • Still sealed in their original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original packing slip or a copy thereof
  • Clearly indicating which products are being returned

Unfortunately, opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receipt via info@exelskincare.com to register your return
  2. Include your order number and specify which products you wish to return
  3. Send the product back to the following return address:

  4. Include the original packing slip or a copy, clearly indicating the products being returned
  5. Ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport

Return Costs

The costs of returning the product are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you within 14 days whether your return has been approved. If approved, the purchase amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product delivered).

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Have you received a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@exelskincare.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will then arrange an appropriate solution.
